Q: If there's a fault on my copy of the DVD what should I do?
A: E-mail us about the fault, return it to us within 28 days of receipt and we will refund your postage and replace the DVD as quickly as possible.
Q: Now I'm a member how do I access my 10% discount on DVDs?
A: You can only claim your 10% membership discount on DVD purchases by logging into the Membership Area before you buy a DVD from the shop. If you fail to do this you will not be able to get your discount.
Q: How long will delivery take?
A: We aim to deliver to addresses in the UK within 5 working days. Deliveries abroad may take a little longer. But if you have an urgent request please contact us.
Q: How much is postage and packing?
A: Postage and packaging costs £2.99 for one DVD, £3.99 for two DVDs and an additional 50p on top of that for every DVD above two. For bulk orders please contact us for special terms.
Q: I dont have a credit or debit card, but I still want to buy a DVD how can I do this?
